Stuart started playing in folk clubs in the sixties, then, after a few years, drifted into the rock and pop world. By the mid eighties, family and business commitments, together with a waning enthusiasm for the type of music he was playing, he stopped writing and performing.

However a couple of years later whilst he was in Australia he saw John Williamson and it was he who rekindled Stuarts passion for music and he started performing again wherever he could.

When he returned to the UK, Stuart started playing in his local folk club and found that his music was very well received.

Now Stuart Pendrill can be seen at clubs and festivals all over the country and as he says, "I'm doing something I love, and I'm having so much fun. Who could ask for more?".
